Had an awesome time at Meat and Brew! The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The owners were welcoming and added a personal touch to the experience. The cozy interior and relaxing ambiance made it a perfect dining spot. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended!

Potato Gratin
Industrial retro open kitchen vibe bistro in Silang. Ordered the Surf & Turf , the meat was cooked just as we wanted (medium rare) and was best paired with garlicky basil sauce and mild soury Mexican Corn Salad. Kids loved the creamy wild mushroom pasta too! It was delicious!
Staff were attentive and courteous. Over-all it was a good experience. ❤️

We had dinner here because my husband tried it before. The place is nice in the inside but would have been better if the outside seating is also neat and clean. We sat outside because we came after biking and the AC inside might not be good for us. We ordered a steak sampler and some sides and salads to go with it. The food was too salty and over seasoned. We did not complain because we were hungry already. The service was bad. The waiters looked lazy, grumpy and unsmiling. Is it because its a holiday? They stayed inside after serving the food and you have to call their attention if you need anything like water. The staff doing the griller did the service for us. I dont even know what this restaurant is trying to project. Price points on the menu suggested fine dining or a bit of an upscale restaurant because they serve wine. But their service is really bad. They even surprise you with the bill. The price of the Grilled Ceasar salad we ordered on the menu was 599 but on the receipt it's 695. We asked why and they said the menu is yet to be updated??? I hope they fix this soon or they wont stay long in the business

Been to this place 3x (twice for dinner and once for lunch), and I rate this 4 stars because the food is excellent but the service and ambience are lacking.
The steaks are tasty, well cooked and of good-quality beef, though pricey.
The grilled salmon was excellent.
We always love ordering the corn side dish. I tried the sisig today and it was yum.
On all the 3 occasions we dined here, service was always inattentive. It takes time for them to settle you on to a table -- even bottled drinks would take 15mins to arrive.
For the price of the food, they also need to do better with the restaurant's layout, look and feel. The tables inside are too close to each other and seats aren't that comfortable. Seats outside are benches.

It’s a nice cozy place with retro vibes. We went there lunch time, but it must be nice during dinner.
They only had brewed coffee when we went, at least its good coffee. It’s the reason I rated the food 4 stars, hopefully they will offer more coffee options in the future. I think they offer more beer options. We ordered Caesar Salad, Spinach Dip and Wagyu cubes, it all tasted really good. The Wagyu was cooked perfectly! I’m not a fan of Caesar salad but I really liked their dressing and presentation.
Will come back during dinner time to have beer and Wagyu! And will also try their steak.

Family tried prime ribeye Sampler and everyone enjoyed it including our 2 teens. Though they said, they can’t actually recognize the difference but they all taste good.
I enjoyed all the sides, the grilled ceasar salad and potato gratin are highly recommended

Our family’s favorite! Get the steak rice - everyone loves it. Our family of 4 (with 1 teen boy and 1 teem girl who loves meat too) usually get the mid priced sampler and it’s perfect for us 4. The sides are great - I love the grilled mushrooms and pasta. Burgers are good too!
They have wine and beer too.
Owner has a nice collection of records if you’re into that.

Had to return St Helen NY steak twice. First was overcooked. Second was cold and tough as if was frozen. Meat quality was bad. Waitress made up by replacing w Flat Iron whichbwas cheaper and better. Had to ask for cutlery and not proplerly tabled. Too bad, soft opening was better. Owner was not there to control quality.

Good food, but the service was terribly lacking. They served the steak rice on a hot cast iron skillet (straight from the stove top) and did not tell us. I burned my hand when I moved it.
Unlikely to return here as there are other steak places that wouldn't put the customer in danger.

Super love the steaks! So flavorful ❤️ Even the pasta, grilled salmon and the sides are awesome 👍🏼 And oh by the way, the steak rice is a must try 😊
The only thing that this restaurant could improve is that some of the dry food items are located near the restroom. Otherwise, everything is great!
