Our visit to this McDonald's left much to be desired. Half the restaurant was closed, limiting seating options. The available sofas were in poor condition, with ripped holes and an uncomfortable stickiness. The tables also lacked cleanliness, requiring regular attention. The staff's unfamiliarity with the McDonald's app codes hindered our ability to avail discounts on specific items, reflecting a service gap. Despite these drawbacks, the saving grace was the fresh and enjoyable french fries. Unfortunately, the vanilla milkshake left a bitter taste with hints of a cleaning product. This subpar experience was particularly disappointing for a city accustomed to a significant tourist influx. Improved maintenance, staff training, and attention to customer service would undoubtedly elevate the overall dining experience at this McDonald's location. We popped into McD's for a quick burger. To be honest I rarely go to McDonald's if I can help it, it's never appealed to me. However I ordered a big Mac, something I've not eaten for over a decade, much smaller than I remember. It wasn't bad, freshly made and topped off with a chocolate milkshake. My partner ordered two cheese burgers, he's a big fan of the golden arches and even has an app he uses for freebies. Both cheeseburgers turned up without cheese which after a giggle with the staff was swapped for two fresh made with cheese. Hands up to one of the employees of this McDonald named Adrian, i was very drunk in Norway and ended up on the fishing vessel, i slept there for almost 2 days and somehow woke up in Netherlands. This McDonalnd was first place i vistied without any money or electronical device. I've met this guy finishing his work. He bought me some food and helped to get going to my home in Norway. I will never forget the kindness. Food was terrible btw but i give 5/5 for overall experience. I went to arrest for tresspassing the border but thats story for another review. I ordered a big Mac without onion since I can't digest them, they bring me one with Onion. Then when I show us the problem they said "ok we bring you one without onions" and there still was onion. Food was fine, but one of the customers was pretty rude, and they forgot 2 of my 6 nuggies. Eventually i got 2 extra, but can't disrespect the nuggies. Especially the customers lol Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–20

This was an amazing McDonald's. The food was very good and they also provide den Helder deal. The visited there to buy the dinner and we had a good time. The staff was very nice. The Den Helder deal is required to order by human counter instead of the vending machine.
