Went in to get a triple cheeseburger and medium fries and it took nearly an hour because they let some random person steal my order. We just ordered our food from. Haymarket Road Norwich , It was nearly an hour to delivery our order (I can understand this big traffic this time of the day)We ordered a McCrispy sandwich (other items as well) but the bun was so burnt I could not eat it. It was bitter and black. If I want to make a complaint about it via McDonald's App the useless online assistant said callthe Uber as they already delivered our food. Why should I call the delivery company? They didn't burn the bun. Anyway I will live but this service is not the best.
