They literally never have the toys they are advertising!!! If the toys are not available they should be removed from the showcase. Kids are seeing it and then big disappointments and fights cause there is only one out 10 toys left at the cash point.

Staff is friendly, the terrace is quite nice and relaxing, play area is fine, however the handicap for people with kids: there are no napkins on the second floor and to use the baby's toilet you need to first look for the staff for you to open since it's always locked with key, also no soap in baby's toilet Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It is what it is... Everyone knows that. At least, they are consistent about what they do, and while not the best meals around, you know exactly what you will get and what to expect. Consistency. Nice outlet in gharghur. Ample dining area set on two floors. The upper floor offers even the possibility of external dining and there is also a games room for the kids. Kids had a blast. Staff were nice and the place was squeaky clean. The outside portion of the restaurant has a gorgeous view. Food is just as usual. Best part is the macaroons they have at the McCafé. While I did not use the drive-through, it had a long line, which is far from a surprise.

Quick, easy, standard - Always good! I was particularly impressed that the apple pie was so fresh, displaying a sticker that said it was made at 9:30, heated at 10:30, and was to be disposed at 11:30... Despite the assumed amount of food waste, it's impressive to note that the product was fresh.
