They ALWAYS mess up the double cheeseburger combo. It is a DOUBLE combo meaning I get TWO burgers PER EACH order for it. I ordered TWO double cheeseburger combos and was charged $16 (as one combo order is $8) but I only got two burgers when I should have gotten four as I ordered the combo twice. I got the correct amount of chips and drinks so why didn't I get my two other burgers? Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got the Angus Beef burger from Mc Donalds in the Plaza and it was very flavoursome, although the bacon was thrown in and smeared sauce on one side so I got dirty hands. Aside from that the customer service was okay to begin with but when the server called out my number, they slid the bag of food over roughly and muttered out where the straw was. The Plaza is loud and I can’t hear that well, so raise your voice next time thanks.

Girl with the glasses and freckles was giving bad service . I went back to ask a question and could see they were all sniggering at her attitude that she gave me. Fairly unpleasant experience and could make an effort to be helpful instead of rude

Coz the McDonalds in levin is slow slack & takes there time to either order/note/recommend or tidy up whatever or any section ud select or sit at to try eat or enjoy ur meal.. they r usually always full, with either cars in the drive thru or inside th building.. it’s to small & squashed up with those texting order machine things. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Very poor service from counter staff. After waiting in line to order the staff member jumped to another till to serve someone that by passed the queue and just waited at another till. Being short staffed doesnt excuse being aware someone is not oart of the queue. There was one server so only 1 line of people

These guys gave one of my my homies and homegirl crook guts with tainted food 20 years ago, cannot forgive them for that. I doubt they have changed their ways. Wasnt a pleasant task cleaning out the puke from my car at the time.

This morning, we ordered a sausage and egg mc muffin combo and ended up with a beef meat pattie and egg mc muffin. Didn't know there was such a thing on their menu. Feel so ripped off!

Good service however only buy frozen coke, ice creama and fries. Burger king offers plant base option which is great.
