the manager/owner is very rude and does NOT care about his customer. ( I had a personal conversations with him in which he made it clear that he only cares about profit.
Almost all the tables are dirty almost all the time and most of the staff is really UNFRIENDLY, except for the drive-trough where Ive had mostly good experiences if i dont overlook how many times they give you no sauce, the wrong sauce or something even is missing.
Unfortunately this is the only McDonalds in the area but I highly recommend to AVOID this mcdonalds an go to different cheap restaurants in Diekirch. Same price, but fresher and better tasting food.

Diabetics Be Aware! 2 Coke Zeros showed with test to have sugar in and ended up with water instead.
Also missed the Strawberry pie on our order for table service.

I've been to McDonald's all over the globe, but this one really hits the spot. Quick service, quality was just superb. I went here around 10 times in three weeks, and it never let me down.
I guess everybody knows what the food is like at a McDonald's. So the review is more about the location and staff.
Full points from me as the staff never looks overwhelmed and are quite friendly.
