This branch is the worst Max's branch i've been to. Orders needed to be followed up continously..while there were only 3 tables being served. They had to be reminded bcoz they forgot the orders! We were eating already when halfway to our meal they hadn't offered water and hadn't served our ordered drinks.. worst part? The pancit was served COLD. I had to remind the manager that they did not include the coffee in the bill! Staffs are courteous BUT lacking service training. We paid 3800 pesos.. for bad service and cold pancit 😂 And dont ask me about the toilet, my gahd! 🤮

Really bad. They show you a menu that is not updated (10 peso add on for drinks). Then manager agrees cover for the drink but does not serve it. Then the fresh lumpia sauce is sour (normally on the sweet side). Not happy with the experience.
This branch in Silang Cavite is definitely one of the best Max's. Staff are friendly and not intrusive. Food prep is great, and turn over time is within the given estimated prep time. Staff are very accomodating and appropriately gives recommendation based on customer preference and not just to make sales.

Ordered fried chicken during lunch but was served with old probably left over from last day. Very bad way of giving veteran customer of old left over fried chicken. We tell the waiter about the quality of food they have served and remind them not to that to other customers.

Sagot gulaman is worst it taste like water. I ordered unli drink but they have to make one fo more than 15 minutes. No table napkin on our guests. Fried chicken is a bit dry. The service to be fair is helpful.

I was accidentally slipped in the hilley parking space with water and mud in the floor, got sprained but the branch manager is too generous on assisting us , bought me a new shirt and paid for my lunch and even walk me through the rest room and parking lot to ensure the same incident will not happen again, this kind of manager is highly commendable as it turn around the angry me and suddenly learned the essence of an excellent customer service, great lessons learned as I needed that, doing extra miles to ease the customers pain, will definitely visit again with extra care, thank you so much 🤗

Had a bad experience here last night (16-Feb 2023). Our order was taken by a certain staff named PJ and we thought the order was all set. But we waited for more than 45 minutes only to find out our order was not processed.
