Absolute marvel! It's on the shore of the Rathgama lake, it's a quite paradise where the only sounds you will hear will be of birds and insects. And the only lights you'll see will be of fireflies! Definitely recommend. Restaurant is not functioning now, stayed in the resort Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went here for a dinner organised by out Airbnb hosts. That was a good thing because sometimes the kitchen is just closed. I will recommend to book a table in advance. The garden and the view is beautiful here. The food is amazing but also a bit pricy. The menu is changing on a per day basis. So don't expect just to get a pizza or a traditional pasta. It might not be served that evening. You can pay with credit card but they charge 3% for that. Despite us there were one more couple that evening, it still took +30 minutes to get the dinner. The staff is very friendly and provides a overall good service.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts with nice apartments and a restaurant. The place is quiet, calm and peaceful. Perfect for some days to calm down. The Sri Lankan food, such as rice and curry is delicious.

Nice italian restaurant in a beautiful setting, directly next to the lagoon. A 10min TukTuk ride from Hikkaduwa, but worth the effort to go there. Run by a french/italian couple (they also have 2 bungalows and offer cooking classes), supported by attentive staff, they offer a small menu of freshly prepared delicious food. We tried the seafood tagliatelle and the jumbo prawn, both super tasty! We finished with a chocolate vulcano, a complicated dish executed in perfection. They offer a TukTuk service to bring you back to Hikkaduwa, for a fair price. Overall not cheap, but certainly worth the money. Recommended!

A special and quite place. Perfect for our last evening in Sri Lanka. It is managed by heautiful people preparing and serving phenomenal food. I highly recommend this place.

A private location by the lagoon. Can have a better view of sunrise over the lagoon. Great place for a couple since there are only two rooms available. Recommend to book the whole villa. Cheers

Friendly family restaurant. Was welcomed by (presumed) mother and daughter of the place and seated by the beautiful lagoon. The place has very high standards, from the beautiful wooden tables and chairs to the delicious Italian food and sceenery. We got the antipasti which was tapas like with tasty bread, ham, tomato/garlic etc. then we chose the pastas as mains and it must have been home made. Finished with a very tasty chocolate cake. The only minus was the many mosquitos in the area, but that's what you get from this jungle setting. Even with the high prices and "european size" dishes (good but a bit small) it was worth every rupee. Highly recommend!

We got dressed, drove down to find out that there’s no restaurant here. It has closed down and this was a big waste of time. They haven’t updated and it still shows open. What a waste of time
