I went to the restaurant with my friend. And we had a terrible experience with service. They were having an extremely long face while working, talking down to the customers and making us feel stupid. We order. Bottle of water which took almost 50 minutes to arrive to the table. The hostess was walking around , so we asked if we can get our bottle of water, and she replied ' yes, you can ask the waiter when you see him'... Overall even if the burgers were good. The service was the worst I have experienced, the staff looked like they are not happy to work at mama shelter restaurant, and they are making it crystal clear.

This time I am here with my company for a end of year celebration. This place is fantastic, the taste of food is exellent and the service is perfect. This place is on top of the A list when you visit Belgrade regarding food and service.
