Take out - The staff is rude and they get mad if you have any special requirements. Last time I was there I ordered a shaorma with fried cheese but asked for the fried cheese separately. The shaorma itself was correct but the fried cheese wasn't even fried, they just gave me some shredded cheese in a bag on the side. There are flies walking around and on the ingredients. Nobody has ever taught any of these people how to correctly wrap a shaorma. Delivery - I always used the special requirements/allergies section to ask for no meat on the shaorma when ordering via Glovo and 90% the meat was there. If you're ever hungry and that's your only reasonable option for food, do yourself a favor and instead eat two pebbles off the road wrapped in whatever leaves you can pick from nearby trees. The salad is not seasoned. But the meat is seasoned enough for the patatoes and salad. They came all squished together. They forgot the cilli sauce and the beet from the salad. We ate it but we will not order again any time soon. This is the first time we ordered from this location, but did not have the same experience with the other locations. Comandă întârziată inadmisibil de mult. Sunt conștienți că în zona Florești sunt singurii care fac livrări non-stop, însă nu profită de acest lucru, mai mult decât atât pun clientul să aștepte, pt o comandă prin Glovo, peste 40 de min. Extrem de neprofesioniști. Service Delivery

Am patit de foarte multe ori (5-6 ori, la ore tarzii in timpul saptamanii si fara trafic) la comenzile prin Tazz/Glovo ca la timpul de livrare estimat sa se adauge o ora sau chiar o ora jumatate. Cu ingrediente/produse lipsa…dezastru. De fiecare data partenerii Tazz/Glovo mi au confirmat ca intarzierea e data din cauza Mama Manu, nu a riderilor. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
