+ When I was there, the sound was excellent, but there might have been more speakers then usual
- Unfriendly bouncers. Rather then asking me in a nice way to put my T-shirt back on, I was told very sternly to put it on or get the hell out. Being nice doesn't cost you anything guys! Also, other bouncers had walked by me for the last hour or more and none of them said anything about it, I'm not sure why this one guy had to be annoying about it.
Absolutely disgusted with the way the bouncers use unnecessary force while restraining a patron. No need to kneel on one's neck . Perhaps this needs to get sorted before someone gets seriously injured.
Best night club in nelson! the staff are all super friendly and make sure that their customers are happy. Only place I really actually go too because the atmosphere is great and I always feel save here.1
The worst ever customer service recieved from newzealand. The securities didn't allow us in to the club on Halloween night coz of their duty manager instructions. We weren't drunk or high on that day. They've got the wrong person on that day. Even though they do have a name, they didn't show the patience to check our ID. Manger was so disrespectful.
Sat 26/10/2020 - announced that there was going to be an RnB night... Yeah it wasn't, employ a DJ that knows what RnB is, there is a massive audience for it down here and we hardly ever get it.
Same boring music played every week, that's why it's always empty 🤦🏾♂
