The tartare, blinis, eggs with black truffles, halibut, ice cream, and brownie are all delightful. The Coctel 1867 cocktail is pricier than usual, but excellent. For dinner, the tasting menu is exquisite with standout dishes such as the velouté, truffle risotto, sea bass, and cheese. The wine list is extensive and the sommelier is knowledgeable. The Crozes-Hermitage paired with pintade is perfect. The staff is super attentive and courteous. Maison Boulud also offers outdoor seating with a view of the pond and white ducks. The restaurant is a culinary destination that continues the elegance and refinement of the Ritz-Carlton. While some dishes may be a bit of a letdown, overall, Maison Boulud is a wonderful fine dining spot that is highly recommended.
