Wouldn‘t recommend this place. Blond woman was very unfriendly, commanding and doesn‘t treat her customers right. We denied another round of drinks and this was the reason why we ‚had‘ to leave. Without a drink, you‘re not supposed to stay longer than half an hour according to her.
Never going again. 👍🏻

Hello,
I had one of the worst experiences there. I went with some of my friends to check the place out and the moment we entered we were shocked by the employer's arrogant and condescending demeanor towards us. She was clearly annoyed by our presence and we were not welcomed even though it was the first time we ever met her. Unfortunately it did not end there, as we were ordering we were forced to order shishas for almost everyone even though some of us don't smoke but she said that we have to buy a minimum of shishas to be allowed to stay. We clearly were annoyed by her statement and by her commanding voice as if she is some important person that can treat people as she pleases. We had also difficulties to explain our dissatisfaction because she did not even understand french or even english. I can't even understand how this place has regular customers.
I will never visit this place again and won't recommend to anyone.

I have never seen in my life a worker in a restaurant meeting his customer
in this inappropriate way, when you search on your phone for a hookah cafe hoping to spend a happy weekend night, then you go to this cafe to be surprised by the way of dealing with the first employee you meet in front of you in this cafe. you talk to her politely about the new Corona’s instructions and respond to you by saying that she is the only person who decides here according to his words as she we wants to say i am the axe of the universe here!! I don't know if this is some kind of inferiority complex or what!!. The employer must ensure that he employs people who have at least the minimum skills of communication with others if he wants continuity.

So bad service, the person who verified covidcheck is impolite, she didn't know how to talk and then we decided to leave, i don't recommend it....so bad other thing you have to pay with cash....card not exist, may be for laundring money

Très mauvaise acceuil de la patronne (la blonde) nous étions à 15 nous avions 13 shisha et devions partir car nous n‘en avons pas pris une de plus. Je n‘y remettrais plus les pieds!

Alors par oú commencer! nous nous appretons à rentrer au bar l'employée nous dit d'un ton très sévère et brute "si vous n'avez pas les 3 doses de vaccin et la piece d'identité vous ne pourriez pas entrer ".non mais depuis quand on nous demande les 3 doses ?? Le pass vaccinal suffit largement
specialement!bref nous avons rien dit et sortie le pass covid et j'ai dit à l'employée
Que moi je n'est fait que 2 dose et non trois par ce que j'ai deja eu le covid elle m'a dit a non il faut les 3 dose .franchement dite nous ouvertement je veux pas que vous rentrer tout simplement au lieux de nous faire poiroter dans le vide.bref je vous le deconseille fortement cette endroit.c'est plus facile de rentrer a l'aéroport que chez eux

medo, der beste Shishamann den man sich vorstellen kann, immer sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und macht dazu noch die besten Shishas :)
