I was hungry and was in the area and decided to try out this small bakery.
I got three small pastries, each cost 4 shekel, not cheap but that’s the price for good pastries in Jerusalem.
The chocolate rugalach and the apple pastry were phenomenal. Just amazing. The pastry tasted buttery(though I don’t know if they use butter). The apple pieces were crisp and the chocolate was delightful.
The cinnamon croissant was good. Not mind blowing. Reminded me of my moms’ baked goods. Nice soft dough and granulated sugar was tasted throughout every bite.
In conclusion, would recommend.

After 3 months living in Jerusalem, trying various bakeries around the market, I have discovered this gem, a few minutes from where I stay, in my opinion the best bakery around!
