Always good. Amazing cheese toasties! Great coffee. Hard to make a bad choice tbh 🙂👍
This is Louis' factory (i.e. bakery) outlet. There is parking out front for about eight cars. A coffee machine offers good quality espresso and suchlike. Louis' baking and food preparation skills are superb, so be aware this location can get busy. Recommended. Awesome place to grab morning tea for the team. Fresh and authentic french patisseries, combined with friendly front of house barista making delicious coffees. Spacious parking spot on busy street.
Tucked at the back of a car park in a somewhat industrial corner of Paraparaumu, Louis is the main kitchen for Louis Sergeant patisserie. The shop/coffee house is pretty bare bones with a few tables and chairs but nothing much in the way of decoration. But don't let that put you off. The coffee is good and the food is fresh from the bakery in the back room. They have pies, pastries and some beautiful cakes to choose from, with prices suitable for the quality. Well worth a drop in if you are in the area.

Was visiting Kapiti Wood Fires next door, otherwise would not have known this was here. It smelt delicious, so popped in to have a look. The young lady serving was very quiet and the shop itself quite sparse of furniture/decorations. The food in the cabinet however looked amazing. A good selection of macarons and the one I bought was a rival for those I have eaten in Paris. The food was fresh and all made on premises. My partner said the pain au raisin was the freshest and tastiest he had ever had. He also highly rated the pie he had with hand made pastry. Prices are a little on the high side but this is recognised in the quality.

Small cakes hope coffee in takeaway cup o ly but has seating for few customers. Looks like it's more of factory based with small front coffee shop
