Nice little place off the strip. Great atmosphere with a warm feeling. The service is great and the food is good. We tried the fruit plate with granola and yogurt. Fresh orange juice and coffee. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $200–300 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Beautiful restaurant and the freshest food I've ever had. Great service. The owner's son makes incredible margaritas with all fresh limes. Shrimp ceviche (and everything) was fabulous. Best place we've eaten at the whole trip. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
So glad we walked a few blocks further to discover marvelous food and hospitality. Mole was superb, molcajete massive (easily enough for two) and delicious, and our dessert crepe was great, too. Language can be a bit of a challenge but still we came away with warm feelings towards our host and this fine restaurant. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Really great people working here, very friendly and willing to work with you if your Spanish isn't so good. Usually their English is so-so, ergo it's best if you have some one with passable Spanish or a good translator app. Hurricane Norma knocked out their internet so they are temporarily cash only, though usually they take card payments. The food is incredibly good. I nearly ate a whole molecajete myself (which usually feeds 4 people) because it was so good I just kept eating. Their Jamaica and horchata drinks are the best I've ever had, the poblano cream soup is amazingly good. Somehow they make the perfect Chile relleno, with melty cheese, fried exterior and yet the poblano is still crisp (most places the poblano ends up mushy and over cooked). The mole is rich and vibrant with barely any sweetness (as it should be). Their liqor selection is significant though I can't personally comment on their cocktails. We love Lolita's, it's a staple of visiting Cabo to us. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $600–700 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Amazing white menudo! Never had white before and was wondering if out was as good, it was better! Great little stop for breakfast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
One of the few good spots that came to stay Lolitas . Truly one of the best spots representing Cabo San Lucas . With all the traditional Mexican plates . If you haven't been to Lolitas you haven't been to Cabo San Lucas . Price per person $200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We decided to try this restaurant because of all the positive reviews We were greeted by a friendly staff which was very nice. We started by ordering 2 margaritas which are supposed to be the best in Cabo really? They used orange juice instead of lime and could not taste any tequila one of the worst margaritas I’ve ever had. To me it tasted like orange juice with salt added to it. We ordered the beef molcajete and shared it. It was OK but not as good as other restaurants in the area. The best part of the meal was the chips and salsa that comes with it. The meal cost us about $80 bucks with the tip. A bit of a disappointment. I ate here twice. Let’s start with atmosphere then food. It’s an open air restaurant with a nice cool breeze coming in straight to the kitchen and dining area. You can see the cooks prepare right here. Everything looks clean. They have a wall of maybe 30 different tequilas. Classic Mexican music lightly playing in the background and colorful walls and table cloths. Birds chirping. Am I dreaming? The orange juice is fresh and squeezed by hand. Papaya fruit was fresh. Huevos Rancheros was delicious and very filling. The enchiladas were great, filling. Colorful plates and prepared with presentation in mind. Each sauce, each salsa, each ingredient had its own distinct flavor that popped and in one bite you can taste each individual flavor. They serve you fresh tortilla chips and 4 salsas as a starter for free… for prices it was a bit on the higher end, and one night the rice was a tad bit dry. But the food was always served with a smile and the owner came in to say hello to his customers. I’ll probably be back a third time to try the soups!

The best margaritas we have had so far! They are hand squeezed and hand made. No mixes. Just fresh juice and tequila. The breakfast nachos were good, pancakes were too. Nice place for breakfast.
Great local food spot for authentic Mexican dishes with tortillas made by hand, fresh guacamole, great location, great service, big party I came with all enjoyed their food and drinks, I got sirloin steak with fries, was overcooked when asked for medium rare. over all 5 out of 5 being great price. would recommend!
