Let me start by saying that Service was amazing and I'd give it 6 stars if possible, the atmosphere is also quite nice. The food was awesome, but I can't give it 5 stars for a few things... even though the restaurant is called Rodízio, it's not a rodizio business model so it's a little deceiving that you go there expecting for a rodizio due to the name, and it's not. Also, caipirinhas are not made with cachaça, they were.made with rum and we're good, but that's not caipirinha. And lastly, they offered Feijoada, but again, it was not Feijoada, but more a bean soup. Abel & Emmanuel was the best servers we had the entire week we were here. Their attention to our table was superb. This steaks here was AMAZING!!! And the View was like a picture out of a magazine. The only thing that would make it better if they came to the table with fresh warm towels to clean our hands but that's the only thing. Everyone talked as though the food at the palace is the best. Service wasn't great, we tried to order more drinks and it never came. Skewers came only the first time... and was very rare. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Part of Barcelo Palace we reserved one dinner over there! The food is excellent 👌 the meat 🥩😋 you can see the chef 👨‍🍳 working hard on the grill You can drink house wine 🍷 included in your all inclusive stay or purchase bottles of wine The service is done in 4 steps: appetizer, pasta, meat and dessert ! We have eaten at a few restaurant at Barceló and this is by far the best. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was even better. Carlos Yah was a kind gentlemen who made our restaurant experience exquisite. He remembers your name on the first try and is eager to help when needed. Gilberto also served with a wonderful spirit. The ribeye on the skewer is really good. Other steak is just ok. Dessert is not bad. Feel like not enough choices for soup. Service is pretty slow. The salad bar has good quality of tuna and salmon.

Great food, but attention/service varies greatly. If you get there late or there is another big group they are attending, they totally forgot us. First visit with great attention. Second visit we had to ask for wine 4 times and order desert twice in order to get it. Ideally get a reservation earlier in order to have still fresh food and good service. Delicious! Highly recommend the Rib Eye, it was cooked perfectly. The soup was also very good. We didn’t want to get too full, so we didn’t try the salad bar - but we will next time, it looked great as well. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Food was very good! The Entrecote main entree was top notch. The service made the dining experience superb! Thank you to Bredy and Rosario team who make our dinner fabulous. The included white wine was acceptable, but the red was very light, not suitable for the steak. Premium Level guests get the same free choices.
