Non, plus jamais. Il touche tout avec les mains, la viande, l'argent, la machine de payment. Pour nettoyer il frotte ses mains au tablier sale. Point de vue hygiene, ca n' a pas l' air d' etre nettoyer tout les jours. Pas v le standard que on aprend dans les cours de hygiene de restauration au luxembourg.
