For the coffee lovers! This is the place. Properly made coffee, they serve real espresso and machiato as well as flat whites. They really know what they are doing and are very flexible with requests. The breakfast was just what our group needed. Great atmosphere right in front of the beach. Staff are very helpful and kind. The place is perfect for breakfasts and coffee. This restaurant/cafe is wonderful! The food was delicious—we ordered the chili shrimp, kari-kari (curry), and wedged potatoes. The potatoes needed some salt but other than that, everything was flavorful. It was also a great cocktail happy hour (buy 1, take 1) so we tried the mojito. The view is perfect and the waitstaff was very attentive! There were also vegan options on the menu. Overall, great experience. I’ll be back to try the coffee next time. Went here in the afternoon after knowing they serve halo-halo. I like how filling the dessert is; it can actually feed two people. Expect to wait for your food to be served. We’ve waited for about 15-20 minutes for an order of halo-halo. The cafe faces the beach so the vibe is chill and the atmosphere’s relaxed. Service Dine in Meal type Other

I ordered potato wedges first and originally I wanna add some quesadilla. But the wedges took almost 30 minutes to be served, and no one welcomed me. There are like 3 tables being occupied at the time, so you should know they are not busy. There is no setup on the table as well. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is amazing! We visited the area for a week and went to this cafe at least once a day for a meal! The food is the best we had in Philipines and the coffee and cocktails are amazing. The area is nice and clean, the service is amazing, the staff are so friendly and got to know us and link us up with tours and local knowledge. The vibe of the whole cafe was so great. So happy we found this place, we will be back one day! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Potato Wedges
Tried their Buy 1 Get 1 Frozen Margarita since I loved ordering it at Charlie’s and was told it was going to be the same. But the one I got at Liam’s isn’t really frozen but a watered down version so far from the one I thoroughly enjoyed at Charlie’s. For my second order, I told the staff to make it like the one they make at Charlie’s, but sadly it still isn’t - albeit, less watery. Service Dine in Meal type Other

Lovely beach bar with good vibes for sunset. We had the best pina colada we have had in all of Philippines here. We were well looked after by Irah who was really sweet. Thank you Irah! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The reason I didn’t put 1 star here is because of the girl waitress, who tend to us one time. She’s kind and sweet. The nex time we went here for just an espresso, it was after dinner quarter to 10pm. We were pushed away by the guy staffs, saying they were already closed when clearly someone was still eating and I checked that their closing time is 10pm. The guys in the kitchen were even laughing at us because we went straight to the seat. Its disappointing because they make good food even its costs an arm and a leg. Not recommending this anymore. Me and my partner stayed at Lio premises for 8 days, and Liam is one of our favorite place.Nice place for breakfast and Dinning, the Staff is very welcoming and warm specially Venus and Raiza. The food , coffee and cocktails are refreshing, our favorites are the white sangria, mojitos and Mint pineapple. Perfect place if you having a quick dip on the beach and dine, also work friendly space, they have good Wifi connection. Overall will definitely recommend and come back . soon at this place. Kudos to the whole team. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Iced Latte
