I ordered a 5-shaped cake to celebrate the anniversary of one of my colleagues, and it was an absolute success! Everyone at the office loved it! It was moist, soft and beautifully decorated. Laura's baking skills are amazing, she's also super sweet and delivered the cake on time. I totally recommend it!

After finding Les Briochettes on Instagram, we were really looking forward to trying Laura's wonderful sweets. We finally managed to find her at the Leiden market and we had the pleasure to try some amazing hazelnut financiers. The texture was great, the dough was nice and spongy and the flavour was spot on.
For sure everything is prepared with care and it shows! We'll definitely be back 😄
