A beautiful indoor/outdoor atmosphere for a restaurant! The service was excellent. Our food came out extremely fast, our group was presently surprised. Each entree was presented beautifully and tasted absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend adding this restaurant for dinner if visiting the island. We drove approximately 30 mins for this restaurant and it was well worth it!

The service was wonderful, very attentive. Outdoor seating area was lovely. All of our dishes were artfully plated. Unfortunately, they were out of the lobster puff pastry special but I had French onion soup and seafood linguini which were both very good. (I didn’t have room for dessert.) They offered a complimentary tasting of their amaretto rum.

The best presentation of food I’ve ever had! We started with a delicious caesar salad, that was well dressed. The crispy onions on the alfredo was a wonderful touch. My parents said it was better than restaurants they went to on Paris. We ended with the tiramisu which rivalled baking show desserts! Incredible food for the price! Highly satisfied.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The ambiance, the staff and the food! My husband and I both ordered green salad, which was loaded with freshly chopped vegetables tossed in a wonderful dressing. I wanted to eat every single piece on my plate. My husband ordered the duck breast with orange sauce. Amazing! I ordered the filet with mushroom sauce. Again, amazing! I wanted to lick the sauce out of the container but I refrained. There were garlic mashed potatoes on both of our dishes. OMG! Fantastic! My plan was to also have dessert but I didn’t have room. We are going back in 2 days before we fly home and I will have crème brûlée! LOL! Try the homemade rum made with coffee and chocolate! Sooo good!

We loved this restaurant. The staff are friendly and engaging and the food is excellent. Especially impressive was the detail and effort made for the desserts. Don't miss this restaurant if you live on the island or are just visiting

Moulin Fou is an amazing French restaurant hidden behind the Casino in Simpson Bay.
Very mouthful blew us away.
I had the lobster risotto and he had the beef carpaccio and steak.
It was too much food and we had trouble stopping.
Then with the bill they gave us a shot of their blended coffee, amaretto and another something which was a nice end to our evening.
The service is exceptional.
Moulin Fou felt like an evening of savouring dinner slowly.

Such an amazing evening and dinner with Jenny, the best server on the island thus far! We had a great mix of French inspired food with soups, salads, mussels, steaks, and of course, Crème Brûlée!! Service and food are top-notch but never pretentious… plan to visit soon… you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely superb French restaurant serving beautiful fresh food cooked to perfection.
We enjoyed fresh mahi mahi and Dover sole for our main courses and finished with crepe Suzette.
What a joy and pleasure to be here. Thank you to everyone who looked after us. We will be back.

What a tremendous experience! This is our second visit to the island and second visit to this wonderful restaurant. We explored the new dishes this time and ordered a few of our old favorites.
We started with a French onion soup, which truly is one of the best French onions we’ve ever had. The garlic bread was perfectly cooked and so flavorful.
My husband had the beef Bergen young special, and the meat just fell apart. It was so tender after a 12 hour brazing. The pan, roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley were a delight, and I had the Bree and blue cheese salad for a second time because it’s so darn good.
We finished with a crème brûlée that was a work of art, and truly delicious, and complementary sippers of coffer rum liquor. The service was incredibly attentive.
They didn’t rush us through the courses, but everything was timed very well so we had a beautiful experience throughout the night.
if you find yourself in Sint Maarten, we highly recommend you enjoy a wonderful French dinner at Le Moulin Fou.
