When you get a chance to stumble across this authentic French cafe, you’ll never want to leave. We made this our go to breakfast place every day. The owners have clearly put their hearts into this. The baked goods are amazing and reasonably priced. 10/10 would come back. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very charming atmosphere where they take a self serving approach for coffee and also clearing your own table. This is a casual atmosphere tucked away on a side street. The owner is from France and he is very nice. The pastries are decent and the other dishes we tried are average as well. The price is affordable. There are better places on the island if you are looking for a full breakfast, but this is a nice place to grab a coffee and pastry. The fresh squeezed orange juice was probably the most impressive item on the menu. We also tried the salmon bagel with cream cheese, which was very mediocre. The omelette was also a regular omelette without anything noteworthy to write about (overcooked and too much oil), unfortunately this took about 30 minutes to deliver and much later than all of the other dishes. I would definitely recommend going with low expectations with the intention of grabbing a take away coffee and a pastry. I would agree with other reviews that don’t understand why everyone is rating this place with 5-stars. I would recommend going to Painopol instead! It is great there.

Outstanding, I mean it's the best place to have breakfast in Holbox hands down. It's a beautiful place, carefully decorated and I liked that it's very spacious. The food is great and the bread is handmade everyday so it will blow your mind. The owner is very friendly and he can help you out pick something. It's definitely a must in Holbox.

SO GOOD WE WENT TWICE IN 3 DAYS. Our favorite breakfast on the island! Croissants were some of the best we’ve had. Also enjoyed iced cappuccinos, fresh squeeze orange juice and green juice.
Very french, baked goods are ok. I had a banana nutella muffin and a veggie omelette. Their betabel juice is delicious. It’s self-service, they have reusable straws :) just a bit disappointed because it wasn’t a “jardin”, just a palapa.
Well, the ONLY French bakery in town! My top five: 1.Quiche Lorraine 2. Croissant 3. Pain au Chocolat 4. Tartelette 5. Baguette with butter and strawberry jam. The place is ran by a lovely French family who has lived on the island for the past 15 years or so. Super affordable, comfy, great wifi for calls, and pet friendly!
Nice place for breakfast - Juices are fresh, well priced and also well served. Good to have a relaxing time in the shade! Thank you! Maybe croissants are slightly overpriced?
OMG! SO GOOD! I'm so sad I only discovered this place on my last day. Best breakfast on the island hands down! I miss the pain au chocolat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is a place that you can see the owners put there heart into not only the food but into the experience of enjoying it in a relaxed open air setting. The chocolate filled buns are so good as are the jamon y crema rellanos. Egg dishes are always a good choice, and the bottomless cup of coffee is a nice touch. Saturday is brioche and chocolate chip cookie day, worth the trip.

Really beautiful little place. You need to get there early. All pastries were gone by 10. They have nice area for kids. Highly recommend.
