Editing this review because the owner has decided to dismiss my comments. And for the record I understand the difference between crusty and hard. This is just hard. A baguette isn't supposed to pull a tooth. I've been to France many times and never had bread that was so hard to chew. Take the criticism and do better... or don't , it's up to you.
