Very beautiful setting. Nice decor and ambience. Very nice staff. I had a small problem with my meal and they kindly adjusted my meal to ensure I was pleased. Very kind. Nice presentation. I ordered the tuna sandwich with fries. It was actually one of the best tuna sandwiches I've had. Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was really good, the experience was great, loved it. I highly recommend this place Update: we came back a second time because my little man wanted more plain white rice (dont judge us) and I personally wanted more of the good food and this time the chicken on the little uns menu was grilled to perfection (not breaded), better than the last time and I also got the grilled chicken breasts which was also cooked to perfection. Okay, but not more. We had great expectations but everything was just average. The service, the food and the drinks. When you are guest in the hotel and you are too lazy to explore alternatives in the neighborhood you can go there. But it is in my eyes not worthy to drive there for dinner because Malta has many significantly better alternatives in this price range (also nearby). The highlight was - sad but true - the warm bread with three different dips. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Unfortunately an over priced and under flavoured experience. The risotto seemed fresh and was tasty, though it was a very large portion. Our 2nd trip we saw our food come out, then back into the kitchen twice before my partner's vegetarian burger appeared piping hot and mine cold. A lot of staff for the small amount of people there with many that seemed under trained, though incredibly helpful. Food is way over priced along with the drinks menu. Checked in at Radisson Blu quite late and we were tired from our flight so we decided to dine at Le Bistro as it has the best rating out of all the nearby places. The food portions were big (at least for us) as I was so full by the time I finished my risotto (which was very yummy btw). I tried the dishes my friends ordered and they were all good! Service was very good and we felt well looked after and welcomed. Would've love to dine there again before we checked out had our schedule permitted it! Definitely recommend! Food was absolutely delicious - great vegetarian /vegan menu. Service was average and lighting a bit bright but overall, a wonderful evening and will be back.

Great service. Delicious food. The atmosphere in restaurant is cozy. I ordered vegan meal ,and my partner ordered meat, and it was very nice.In the menu you can find vegan,fiery ,nuts free options. But mostly I liked the dessert. We ordered Maltese mgharet(I don't know if I wrote correct) and orange and lemon delight.

Awesome views. Purchased the Salmon Avacado wrap which was prepared well. Food quality was good. All in all a decent place to grab some food if you have enough time. Service is slightly slow but not terrible.
