Amazing place to stay especially if you intend to go for a safari in Yala National Park. Really wonderful hosts that make you feel at home. Big garden, surrounded by nice rice fields. Very nice rooms, very clean, hot water, AC, fan and mosquito nets. Food was fresh and mouthwatering. very sorry that we only had one night there. Will definitely stay there again without any doubts. Don't forget to try the cooking class. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person Rs 2,000–2,500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Traditional SriLankan Rice & Curry

Lovely local Place to eat Sri Lankan food, very good! They have also western dishes but we ordered Sri Lankan food included Brinjal Moju, you have to try It!! While we waited for the food we chilled in the nice well-kept garden. Very kind people. The Place Is Just 2 minutes drive from Gaga Bees (where we stayed) , but you can also stay at Lake Safari Eco Home, they have some rooms. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person Rs 2,500–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We spent the most wonderful evening at this beautiful little family-owned restaurant/ BnB. The family also lives on this property, which is situated between rice fields. Also, a small herd of buffalos and the Yoda lake are close by. We arrived just before sunset and the atmosphere was just magical. After a warm-hearted welcome we were able to explore the beautiful garden, while waiting for our rice and curry to be freshly prepared. Firstly, we had some revitalizing tea with lemon. The food (rice, different vegetable curries, coconut sambol and papadam, buffalo yoghurt etc.) was one of the most delicious meals we’ve had so far, and the surrounding with the nicely decorated veranda, set the right atmosphere. In addition, our hosts were very open and were happy to provide us with many culinary-related information. We actually wanted to take a Tuktuk home, but were even offered to be taken home. We had already booked a room beforehand, but if one is looking for a nice, calming refuge, we’d recommend staying with them. Overall, lovely experience and amazing food! We would come back again any time!
