Ideal to smokers, I'm not a smoker so I hated this place. Beautiful environment though. Extremely slow service. Sometimes has great music
Our waitress was incredibly rude. I asked via their whatsapp channel days in advance when there would be karaoke and they informed me it would be Saturday night. So we went Saturday night. There was a live band but no karaoke. They have no lighting at night so we had to eat using the flashlight on our phones. I had the stuffed mushroom which was not good at all. It was too salty. There are so many other places in Santiago that are way better than this place. We will not be going back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
Place is awesome, food is really good, drinks are great, service is top notch, and the best thing is, the prices are fare, I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to go and have good time with the friends
Excelente food and service! Best grilled chicken i ever had!
Excellent hamburgers. Service was very good. The ambiance is casual, very laid back. The lighting at nighttime gives the place an inviting atmosphere. I recommend the place to eat n have a few drinks. Prices are very reasonable. 3 hamburgers with fries, 1 plate of pasta with shrimp scampi, 4 beers, 1 water, 2 sodas, 1 frozen drink was $2600 pesos

It was a good experience. Bathrooms are not really good but they work!
This is my fav place to go,I went there multiple times with friends, alone sometimes. I like the service and it's really a quiet place to relax. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
Although the previous location at the Cibao teather was perfect, they have really stepped it up with this location. With easy parking, awesome table planning and lovely decorations. Drinks are good, the food is fine and well-cooked. They're mostly meat, so don't be surprised if it turns out they don't have what you wanted in the first place. The servings are rather modest, but they know how to toast casabe. Last time I was there on a Friday and their 80s and disco music playlist was on point. However one of their servers is rude, they don't have a drinks menu for you to see (but it was impressive the other server knew all the drinks by heart) and they don't take credit cards. And they don't sell coffee.
