Federico and Francisco are the best! They make really good drinks, the tacos are amazing. The best food we had in Tulum def go.

Honestly some of the best food we ate in Tulum for the whole time here. As a vegetarian the multiple taco options were great and both good! The green sauce is AMAZING. Sebastian was a wonderful server. Just the right atmosphere and kind service. Even ate here twice and tried the burrito next time. Still good but the tacos are where it’s at.
The food here is really excellent. Tried virtually all the tacos, and they were all delicious. The drinks—though priced through the atmosphere as in all of Tulum Beach—were equally good. The setting and service were very good. I recommend adding LTPTS as a quick-bite, middle-of-the-day sort of meal in Tulum Beach.

We spent 5 days in Tulum and ate at some of the nicest restaurants on the beach. This place may not of had a view, but the food and drinks were the best around. The service was great at both locations we tried.

During my whole stay here in Tulum, I have been planning to try out La Taqueria, and finally, had the opportunity today. It was lovely! Love the food. I got tacos with talapia! And my husband got burrito with pork. Muy bien! We had 2 raccoon guests as wel 😂 our experience was memorable definitely. Keep it up!

Super chill atmosphere, incredible tacos, friendly and personable staff. There were a few friendly animal visitors while I was here too! A crab, a cat, and a roof raccoon! The staff showed kindness to all the animals and people 💜

Steak, shrimp, & fish tacos were very good. Had the pastor and it was good. Frederico, my service, was a pleasure. Chill atmosphere by my hotel was perfect for what i needed. Will be back!

The service staff are energetic and professional. However, the drinks are watered down. I had two margaritas and I left there more sober than when I got there! Additionally, they are in violation of Mexican federal law by adding a 20% tip to the bill.

Of course not the cheapest place to get tacos, 4 shrimp tacos for 320 pesos. 4 roasted pork tacos for 230 pesos. Which is a rip off when you compare to taquerias in town. But if you can't be bothered to go into town, it will have to do. For that price, they should taste better.
I was happy with both tacos, but the price sickens me. At the time of writing, you can get 6 tacos for 50 pesos in town💀 And it's not like this place has a better atmosphere than the street places. They have tables and chairs and obviously more drink options.
And I am puzzled why they suggest a 20% gratuity. The dude did his job, nothing else, wasn't friendly. I worked in a restaurant and his service was not profound and unmemorable. I guess they gotta hustle. But you can tell them how much you want to tip, so you are not obligated to tip 20%. What a relief that was for me.
And be careful if you drop food on the table. I wouldn't eat it, even with the three second rule. I saw street cats jumping on the tables 😷
