We ordered the Tacu tacu en salsa a lo macho, and it was the best dish I've had at a restaurant in 🇵🇪. Amazing, and it was an honor to come this morning. Chef Rafael was so kind to open the restaurant a bit early for us too. That has never happened for us before 😂. The environment is very nice with ambient music. The frozen lemonade was fantastic! Excited to come back tonight for dinner.

I'm pretty sure that Google reviews has the wrong name, maybe it's La Perla del Pacifico? This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Not my home, but a better one... haha... Almost everyone was very friendly, I won't say who wasn't... Special requests were like second nature. Smiles everywhere, obviously popular, given the number of clients. The ceviche mixto was beyond excellent, very happy to introduce my Canadian friend to ceviche for the first time at La Proa. Ceviche palteado y langostinos apanados. El lugar para comer pescados y mariscos. No recuerdo opciones vegetarianas disponibles. Si bien la porción de langostinos la completan con papas fritas y chifles donde uno quizas preferiria solo mas langostinos, estaba todo muy sabroso. Las papas fritas las hacen como rebozadas; no son "tradicionales" pero muy ricas. El ceviche palteado estaba super fresco, acompañado por una salsa que iba bien con los langostinos tambien y hasta con las papas! Acompañamos la comida con cerveza. Siempre es un buen plan ir a almorzar a la Proa. Todos bien dispuestos a que pases un grato momento en familia y con amigos. Los platos son deliciosos, uno mejor que el otro. Creo que no me equivoco al decir que tienen la mejor Leche de Tigre y la Jalea Mixta de todo Pimentel. No cambien!!!
