Everything looks amazing. We’ve been in the store twice now and everything we have purchased has tasted delicious. The only negative… while the staff are very nice, you cannot move without them being 2 inches away from you watching your every move. It’s very uncomfortable, but I’m sure it’s how they were trained to interact with customers so it’s not their fault. If you can get over that, then I’m sure you will enjoy the delicious foods they offer.
Friendly staff, speak English. The beautiful establishment. Very tasty croissants, lots of good cream inside. We also tried the cherry roll. All liked it. Goal: try all the dishes on the menu :)
Love this place in Bar and glad it opened.
Someone writes about unfriendly staff, but I have never noticed, on the contrary, everything is accompanied by a smile and willingness to help. At the end of the day you can see fatigue on the face of the guys - it's normal, they are people. Their fatigue does not affect the quality of service.
Always beautiful showcases and a huge selection of desserts, I have favorite cookies: something like kurabier and maricipan cookies with almond shavings.
Nor did I encounter a language barrier, perhaps not a situation necessary for a lengthy and detailed dialog. But I am a guest in this country and always take into account the fact that a Google translator may be needed. It's not a big problem, it seems to me.
The only thing that is frustrating is the coming onset of the rainy season: there is nowhere to sit inside, but I would like to.
May everything prosper at your place and the small minuses turn into fat pluses.
I am disappointed that my experience trying the baked goods at your shop was unpleasant. Firstly, I must acknowledge that the pastries looked visually appealing. It seems that you have managed to create beautiful and appetizing treats. However, I couldn't fully enjoy the baked goods due to several negative factors.
First and foremost, about 30 minutes after consuming the pastries, I experienced severe heartburn. It was very uncomfortable and significantly marred my experience. I did not expect such a reaction after consuming your baked goods.
Secondly, I tried different types of pastries on different days, and all of them had undesirable side effects. For example, the cheese burek, cream-filled croissant, and Bavarian strudel all left me with an unpleasant aftertaste. It was off-putting and did not meet my expectations for baked goods.
I would like to note that my reactions to these pastries may be individual, and this might not be a typical experience for other people. However, I felt discomfort and uneasiness after each consumption from your shop.
Overall, despite the attractive appearance and decent taste of your baked goods, I am greatly disappointed by the side effects such as heartburn and unpleasant aftertaste. This makes me doubt the quality of the ingredients or the preparation method you employ. I would recommend you to address these issues and strive for improvement to ensure a more enjoyable experience for your customers.
Nice new place in Bar with tasty pastries and good coffee. The personnel is friendly but barely speaks English. Come on, guys, you are located in one of the most tourist places in the town! One of the employees could't explain to the tourist what was inside the bun and just said, "I don't know how to translate it into English." It might be crowded here (we were lucky), so be ready to stand in the queue for some time. They have just 3 tables outside, not enough space for all the customers who want to eat in here.
everything we had was delicious! the service was very professional. Friend commented his dessert with the words "I haven't eaten such a good dessert in a long time". I highly recommend!
