I've been there with my colleagues for Lunch. Unfortunately the plates were out very late (30 minutes after ordering), even though most of us ordered pizza.🍕🍕🍕
I was surprised by the generous size of the pizza, but my colleagues were able to eat them all. 🤣
The only minus for me was the delay in serving🕛, because we were in a hurry and had just 1 hour for Lunch break. Otherwise, everything ok: the atmosphere, interior, waiters.

Not our first time at this restaurant chain.
Absolutely gorgeous authentic food, big portions and nice presentation. We had very good communication with the waiters (in English, which is rare in this region) and they were super friendly with a sence of humor.

I ate there for lunch. We were the first in the restaurant but it took already about 20 minutes for the server to take our order. The food was nice, I like the pizzas. The food also arrived quickly, but afterwards the service was almost non-existant. I wanted to have a Spaghetti-Eis (written like this on their menu) as a dessert. 45 minutes after we were finished eating, still nobody came to our table. I then asked 3 different people fir the Spaghetti-Eis. None of them even knew what that was and they all told me that they would get another server to come get our order. Nobody came. after an hour, we just paid and left.

Extremely rude servers, had to call them to take plates out, to ask for desert and in the end the server had the audacity to complain about how we want to pay. There are far better places in this area, avoid this one!

Food and quality is good, Big size pizza but minimal garnished for the vegetarian one, and pasta/Tortelini/Ravioli menus have too small portion. Separate paiement is done manually with a calculator which is time consuming and risk of failure processing

I had a previous disappointing experience at L'Osteria in Kirchberg a few months ago when I ordered a vegan pizza and received one with real cheese without any warning. However, I decided to give L'Osteria another chance today and visited their Belval location. I opted for the vegan pizza: Forza. From the very start, it was evident that the cheese on it was vegan.
Let me tell you, I've never had a vegan pizza that was as well crafted as this one. The toppings were in perfect harmony, creating a delightful flavour combination. Additionally, the pizza was impressively big, a true feast for someone with a hearty appetite like myself. The staff were not only extremely friendly but also highly skilled in their service.
I'm definitely planning to return to this place, and I can't wait to invite all my vegan-loving friends to savour their incredible plant-based pizza!

3.5 stars. Nudging it up because they were very courteous even though we had a major language barrier (only one server spoke English, I think). Really amazing desserts (the creme brûlée was top tier) and it looked like our neighboring table's pizzas were great but unfortunately the lamb that I got wasn't very good, it was a bit tough, not very flavorful and a disappointing cut of meat, and not inexpensive. The green beans with it were delicious and the potato side was amazing. My partner's swordfish was tasty but the veggies with it were just alright. The menu is incredibly extensive but it seems that you should stick to the tried and true dishes. The wine was good. They mixed up our check with another table and let my partner pay for it but when I noticed the discrepancy and pointed it out they were quick to correct the issue by returning the difference in bills. A little odd as they weren't really full (the restaurant was at maybe 40% capacity at most), but mistakes happen and they fixed it.
I think they probably have a very good chef based on the excellent elements to our meals, but not the best selection of ingredients for infrequently ordered items - feels like they might be better off condensing their menu items, I'd rather have less choice as long as every choice is good.
For almost 90€ for a two-person meal with one main course each, a half-bottle of wine, and one dessert, I'd expect slightly better.
Nice interior, good enough pizza for the price no complaints here. Yet not only our table, but visibly also the same situation for other tables around us were served not together. We had to order twice as the initial one was somehow 'lost'. Some drinks were still missing and one pizza was incorrect. The service part needs to improve.

Very good and consistent food, a good wine selection and friendly staff.
UPDATE:
Is just OK now and service is very slow on a Friday night... Food was fine.
