You have not been to Odessa of you did not try Kumanets. What a place! You feel in an other place. Everything is good and tasty, the place is very cute…and staff is very attentive. If you want to have a real glimpse of Ukraine…. Go there. I recommend the Chicken Kyiv; the Borscht and the dumplings. But whatever you will choose… you cannot go wrong! I'm from from the US visiting Odessa and been to this restaurant for lunch. They have a wide variety of tasty food options and they are vegetarian friendly. Lots of smiling and welcoming faces. The waiter was patient as we chose our menu options. The food portions are aptly sized and the taste was awesome. Myself and my significant other enjoyed the most detailed and tastefully decorated ambience and the fantastic food. We should have found this place earlier to enjoy it a few more times. Great place and I highly recommend and we will be visiting this place one more time before we leave Odessa.

Wonderful authentic Ukrainian food in a cozy and traditional atmosphere. It's the kind of place you just want to sit and watch the world pass by for a while. Breakfast is amazing here and definitely is a must try if you are in the area.

Decent food, good staff. Portions are big/filling. Came knowing it's a bit of a tourist trap. It just needs that extra bit of taste and pzaz, I had to salt and pepper everything. It is slightly overpriced for the area, but again, was expecting that. Nice fun place to visit

What an amazing restaurant! The menu is great, it has plenty of seafood as well as traditional Ukrainian dishes. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more!
