The service staff was helpful and friendly. However, the food was generally salty and a bit disappointing. The atmosphere on the terrace and the service are good, but the price-performance ratio for the quality of the food is poor. I wish the prices were lower or the quality of the food was better. My family and I found the perfect place at Trpeza to rest and indulge in yummy gnocchi with cheese, octopus salad, Caesar salad and of course, wine!! The food was beautifully prepared and delicious! Our server Dzenko was attentive and even brought us complimentary pear grappa to finish our meal! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We came back we loved it so much! The staff are so attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. For the second time we had 2 x pasta and wine - I have attached a photo of the wine it it delicious. The pasta was the spicy beef and the seafood pasta, both absolutely amazing. We had the beetroot and Gorgonzola carpaccio for main and the other photo is an appetiser they served. They matched some great wine for us and you MUST try their sherry brandy - they should bottle it and sell it. The bill came to €72 without a tip (for 2 of us, including 4 glasses of wine and 2 beers). Staff are very friendly and polite with a good sense of humour. The rest of the menu looks amazing - we will definitely be back :)

Great restaurant with delicious food and best service we had in Boka Bay! We had fish stew, grilled fish and risotto and everything was so good and portions were pretty big as well. Young waiter that served us was exceptional! I would totaly recommend this place if you’re in Kotor!
It is expensive! And you are charged for a Couvert you didn't even order! 😱 BUT the dishes are really great (well prepared, nicely arranged and very tasty) and if you are used to western European prices it's not even that bad. I thought about taking off a star because of that " hidden cost" but in the end I still think this place deserves 5/5
Lovely restaurant decorated in beautiful floral fabrics with plant covered trellaces. We ate fried calamari and fish on sticks - seabass, squid, prawn and salmon. They swapped potato for roasted vegetables for us and provided an impromptu dipping sauce (a garlic mayo) when asked - this was clearly home made and gorgeous. All the food was excellent. Overall a very good experience. Portions were good too. All this was 61 euros including a mid range large glass of merlot and bottled water, including a free cheese crostini appetiser. Friendly service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our final meal before flying home on our trip through the Balkans, and this was a lovely sendoff to Montenegro. The homemade pasta was excellent, the prawns were wonderful and the service was great. All in all a lovely meal!

My wife and I arrived Kotor from the cruise ship Viking Sea. All meals are included. Nevertheless since this was a late departure port we opted for dinner at Konoba Trpeza - and are delighted that we did. We were warmly greeted by the staff and quickly seated. Our host poured us a tasting of the house white and rose. Both were delicious and we chose the white. Our host listened to our order and made suggestions based on our desire to eat local and take advantage of Trpeza’s strengths. We decided on olives and shared a salad for our first course accompanied by delicious home made bread with olive oil & vinegar. Again, delicious. Our main course was the shared seafood platter. Lots of seafood, spinach & potatoes and an excellent seafood risotto. A great choice. We ended dinner with a drink of rakija. A wonderful dinner and delightful evening. We highly recommend Trpeza. Great food and great service. Yes, it is more expensive than the places around but you get your moneys worth. Meal type Lunch
Absolutely delicious. Best calamari ever. Professional service. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. Recommending 5/5
