Service is definitely declining...From the first time we came...it feels like young people are playing around...Where are the excellent managers you had?? Get them Back fast...Indeed quality of food is good...

I tried Yusuf’s at two different locations (just to make sure) and I think the chain is overrated - service and meat quality is mediocre for Turkish standards

The restaurant's service is excellent. The portions are good. But the kofte meet was undercooked. The food is delicious. We ordered burgers and they were good
