Went with a friend and did the tasting menu. We loved all the food. The butter and salt that came w the bread was life changing. I didn’t even know butter could impact my heart like that. Also, everyone who works here is incredibly attractive. Was just a nice added bonus. The only critiques I would give are, 1- they were slow to serve us. Our reservation was for 830 and we didn’t get seated until almost 9 and our first course came at 930, was a long dinner. And 2- the drinks weren’t great. Just okay. However the staff made up for it by giving us a to go espresso martinis. I would highly recommend this place. The food was just so incredible. Thank you! Kitchen Table Tulum is spectacular! This open wood-fired kitchen dramatically set in the jungle is our absolute favorite restaurant in the whole Yucatan Peninsula!! They serve some of the most delicious food sourced from local ingredients. We had the 5-course tasting menu paired with drinks and everything tasted fabulous. Truly outstanding service, great food, and beautiful setting… we loved everything here! One of the best restaurants in Tulum! Absolutely was blown away by every single dish here. The seabass melted in our mouth and the sourdough is to die for. Every single dish we had was incredible! The dessert.. the plantain was phenomenal. An absolute must try! And a nice quiet pleasant ambiance too for date night Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wow wow wow. Simple spot with an artisanal menu of high-quality, beautifully plated foods. The quality and plating was what you’d expect in a high end spot, but this place has a balance of quality and comfort with familiar flavors presented in an exciting way. It’s a must-try! The ceviche!! A big portion of white fish with the most tiny diced sour apples gave the soft ceviche a the perfect crisp and a touch of almost-sweetness. The Leche de Tigre is imported from Peru. Their homemade tostadas for the ceviche were clearly homemade and fresh, light, flavorful and so nice. The Peruvian spiced ribs over a plantain purée was fantastic and fun! Four ribs, spiced and charred. A bit tougher than I’d like but once I dug my teeth in I couldn’t stop eating them. It came with a spicy grilled habinero I’d rub it on, then the plaintain purée balanced it out. It was such a fun and great dish. Not huge but the plaintains were filling. Also came with a small serving of fresh green chard, (similar to spinach) which was fresh with a salty finish. The whole dish was an experience. The braised beef with dollops of carrot purée was 🤌. When it came out it looked like steamy chocolate because of the glaze. You shred it with your fork and place it in soft tacos. It had great spices and a tiny hint of heat. It was very high quality, braised for 12 hours, fell apart. The sweet carrot purée was addicting! I could eat that purée every night for dessert. Our server was a delightful woman who recommended our dishes. We don’t eat bread but she also recommended their 18month sourdough and it looked fantastic! Drinks: I had a homemade alcohol-free ginger drink I’m dying for the recipe for! It was lively as you’d expect from ginger, balanced with a special sugar that had a unique texture I loved and… I don’t know what else but it was lovely and balanced. Not too sweet, not too light, not too strong, not too lemony. I was delighted with it. My hubs had two drinks, both fantastic. One Playboy something-or-other drink with an hint of cilantro and one Vegan Pico Sour with a chickpea froth. They finished our meal with a complementary tiny cup of cacao and vodka that was again so balanced I could drink it every night. This restaurant has a special touch for playing with BALANCE in their foods. Quality ingredients, a little experimentation, but done with truly elegant taste. I’d highly recommend. (It was recommended to us by a friend of ours.) The atmosphere was nice. Similar to most spots downtown. With an open kitchen of five guys hard at work. I’m definitely going back there! Maybe tomorrow. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great appetizers, a lovely setting and good service. It’s a long bumpy ride down a dusty road to get to this cluster of restaurants. All the restaurants in this area appear to be competing in hipness of decor. You enter the restaurant via a series of large stepping stones through a curated jungle to enter the outer area of the restaurant. We ended up sitting in front of the cooking area (kitchen she’s not fit really describe it - it’s more like a cooking stage. Pleasantly smoky aromas drift from this area. All the food was imbued with this smokiness - including the smoky salad. The salad, the tostadas and the bread were all excellent - well presented and strongly flavored. The mains we got were less impressive. The quesadilla had an unusual mixture of peppers and cheese - good, but I found the cheese very bland. The slow cooked beef was still tough (to me, but I rarely eat beef and like beef only when it’s really exceptional) and the Ricardo necro sauce had a very mild flavor. The servers were great - courteous, attentive and happy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I am not a food critic, but I wish I was. I could have been able to describe in words the experience that Kitchen Table is. I will just say this, there is a reason why this place is among the top 15 restaurants in North America (not just Mexico), and then there are many more reasons. If you are in the region, make a reservation, bring a friend and awaken your senses. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there in June 2023 while in Tulum. It is a cool environment! Bathrooms are up in the canopy and you walk into the jungle. Try the Jungle bread- top three breads I have ever had in my life. Main courses and dessert were good too. Excellent service. Ask for copal if there are mosquitos though they offered it right when we sat down. Beautiful open kitchen concept underneath trees. Highly recommend.

Attentive. Delicious food. Well crafted dishes and cocktails. We did the tasting menu! Well worth it! Had to adjust it since they only offered pork or beef but they were accommodating— my partner had to order the same fish alternate since the fish isn’t one of the options. The fish was amazing!!! Tender, flaky and well season. The accompanied cauliflower mash was delightful!!!! Excellent!!! The cocktail flight was well worth the splurge :-) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fresh Catch of the Day Sea Bass

Limited menu but truly delicious. Our server Adrian was very friendly and attentive. The vibe is a jungle. You are surrounded by trees. The food was very good. Jungle bread and their catch of the day is a must try. The cocktails were strong and delicious. Beer was chilled. Loved the banana chocolate dessert. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Definitely recommend this place when visiting Tulum. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $800–900 Recommended dishes Fresh Catch of the Day Sea Bass
