HIGHLY disappointed with service today. +Chips had NO salt and soggy +Chicken was drier than Winston on an average day +Staff were unhelpful and rude. +Lodged another order in drive through and go told only one order per car. +Tried to change order and got told it wasn't possible. Suggest you teach your staff some manners and some basic customer service. To say I'm disappointed is a gross understatement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately after waiting about 20mins for food they forgot to put our coleslaw and chips in the bag, we were charged for both. Unfortunately with a boat on the back it was too hard to turn around and go back to let them know. Definitely check your order before leaving. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Brought my Grandparents down for Lunch this afternoon and we were served by a really kind, helpful and generous Cashier. My Grandmother was really happy with the service as they took into account, her request for a packet of fries with no salt! Definitely family friendly and will come back. Usually KFC is below average. More than often the order is not complete. Meaning, you ordered. You trust that everything is in the bag and you come home and the Coleslaw isn't in the bag or they forgot to put the Moro Bar inside. This happened more than once to me. I don't eat takeaways a lot, especially KFC, but when I do I would like to have a good experience. From Staff straight through to the food. Mc Donald's does this all the time, but sometimes you would like to try something else. This experience with them was something I didn't expect and was ready to through my money in the air. Solid 3 Pc Deluxe Combo with a drink, wife had the Chicken Wrap Aioli with a drink and and my son had the Combo Chicken Nuggets and Chips. This has been a good experience from this chain KFC. This is a good 4 STAR. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

No outside dining tables and chairs. Car parking is limited. KFC Tokoroa fast foods mainly chicken coleslaw chips soft drinks. Amenities toilets need more attention cleanliness. Huge shoutout to: Zay on drive thru, very polite, clear and smiles (at the window)thruout my service. Sadly I was missing items and when I rung thru the professionalism from Nga was so polite and efficient. Giving me a birthday shoutout once I sed my name.
