4 burgers with no lettuce or sauce. Stale bread rolls forgot one of the fries and aioli we ordered. Cashier seemed to be more fried than the chicken. Had better meals out of a back alley skip… Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Despite there only being one person who seemed to be managing the counter, preparing and packing the orders they were very professional. It took a moment to get the order but understanding that one person was trying to multitask 7 orders at this time a 10 minute wait wasn’t to bad especially compared to other KFC’s with more staff that can take up to an hour especially if it has a drive thru, meaning they take priority over in store customers. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Bought a deal with two pieces of chicken received one piece then saw the same dealt advertised on tv with two pieces. They should give you the deal u are supposed to get. Also bought a pump water given big bottle found out same price for a small one no price change so opted for the bigger one. Weird. Not much of a friendly service either.

Food was cold, ordered a burger and fries combo chips were undercooked. The burger itself was a soggy stale mess. Staff didn’t seem the slightest bit interested in providing good service. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Absolutely appalling. The chicken was so little it mustn't have been more than a few days old/young. The potato was dry as even though it had gravy, couldn't even push a chip into it. Those serving need to update on the rules. Hair down and flicking it around, two without caps, one handling money/cash and packaging orders. Absolutely no customer positive interaction. Just a job. Will NEVER do KFC again. KFC really need to take a good hard, long look at this franchise. It is appalling. Literally the worst. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took a while to get the food after ordering but it was all freshly made... The best KFC I've had in years

Literally standing there for 5mins at least waiting to order but the cashier in front just closed the store without any communication. Not saying you have to serve us but at least let us know what’s going on. 🤡

Had a very bad experience We order for some wings but got some numbers short from ordered which can happen and has happened many times but unlike any Kfc’s they were not ready to give us the wings that we asked for and for which had already paid. They wanted to count the number of bones that we ate and when we went with the bones that told we might have thrown some of the bones which is ridiculous and the manager told am the manager and you can file a complaint if you want we can give the wings seems like the girl who served us and the manager was having some kind of racial issues. Never gonna come back here and am gonna make sure that none of my friends are coming here and facing a problem like this.
