KFC is pretty near Cambuur Stadion. Clients don't highly appreciate op la at this restaurant. In accordance with the guests' opinions, the staff can be inattentive. In spite of the popularity among guests, the weak point of KFC is its disappointing service. It's usually good to try something new and enjoy the enjoyable atmosphere. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

The KFC experience was passable at best. The chicken was decent, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit dated. Service was average, and the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired. forget about ordering through any app here, wrong drinks, no sauces that we paid extra for, everything was cold, terrible experience these people do not care and it shows, this is not a single occurrence but it has happened twice more, so no more ordering from us. they even put less chicken than it said on the order, they are all incompetent at kfc, the only thing they got right were the cold fries, but at least we got them such a shame that such tasty food gets ruined by people who do not care…. Except the standard food that can come sometimes warm or even cold, the employees are very hectic and slow. I would suggest a proper training and also for the manager to be present on the floor. It s hilarious we came for a fast food service and ended up waiting like in busy restaurant. Give free water for people waiting. We ordered there two menus and additional side dishes. When it arrived we asked „Is it complete?“ and the driver said yes. When we opened the package the menus were wrong and 4 side dishes were missing. We tried to call them at least 10times but no answer. The last time we called we noticed that they turned the phone off. 40€ for cold food and an incomplete order. That is a total impudence! Always disgusting and nasty, awful management, longer waiting times in a restaurant. The toilets are 100% guaranteed dirty, so are the floor. You needs to be lucky that the self-order machines working and thats paper inside, but ai guess by poker you have better luck to win. The food is really delicious, after the extreme long waiting time. There is really a management change necessary! I don't know anybody that likes to go there, but I guess I need to include the employees too, because they are always unable to smile. I just have to go there because there is no other in the area, but than I rather to go to a restautant, just pay a little more, but at least i get good service, nice and friendly employees that doesn't hate everybody including themself. Placed an order via Thuisbezorgd. Been waiting for at least an hour and a half. After calling kfc 8 times, they finally picked up. I tried to explain the situation but kept getting interrupted. By far the worst KFC I have been too in my entire life. The time it took to prepare a small French fries and a singular piece of Kentucky fried chicken which was undercooked( which is baffling considering it’s pre preped food). I’d suggest to the owner/ franchisees to analyze thoroughly the managers they have a in place and employees. I have not seen during the 20 minutes I waited a single person that was moderately pleased with the service. If I were KFC I would revoke the contract, due to ruining the brand image. Went to KFC Leeuwarden last Friday with my family to have a nice dinner, but unfortunately it was not 'nice' at all. First of all, none of the ordering screens were working, so we ordered at the counter. Ordering at the counter was also struggling as most of the employees barely spoke proper Dutch or even English. They also said they were out of order with a lot of stuff. No juices, no milkshakes. We asked for a simple 'tea' and we were told even that was not possible because the machine was 'broken for months'. How can you not have tea, which is literally just hot water and a tea bag? When we picked up the order from the counter, it was incomplete. I went back to ask for the remaining food. I was told that they will bring it later. After waiting 10 minutes I went back to the counter to see if it was ready (it was just 2 hotwings and 1 garlic mayo). Nobody bothered to help me or other customers waiting at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before a seemingly uninterested employee finally decided to grab the remaining of my order, took him literally only 10 seconds to grab it, so why couldn't they give it to me the first time I asked? When we went to sit down, most tables and chairs were sticky it seemed that nothing was ever cleaned. Not only the furniture wasn't cleaned at all, the bins were also completely full. It got so bad that the entire space for soda filling was filled with trays of trash up to the point were people just had to leave their trash on the tables, because there was simply no more space to get rid of the trays. I honestly have no clue what happened to this KFC, as I feel like there is absolutely no management structure left in this place. When I went here 4 years ago there was even a spontaneous host to welcome everyone entering. The management team absolutely needs to reconstruct their way of working. Until that time, I recommend everybody to consider eating anywhere else but here!

There's always some issue with this establishment. Never a straight order without some mixup, delay, missing items and then replacing with the wrong items on top of that, receipts out of order, table numbers all empty, bin completely full, understaffed personel and many other issues including staff members arguing about rules that they made up or making you wait in the drive-through for 5-10 minutes before even telling me "Hi, I will get back to you soon" or some young girl giggling and fooling around with colleagues while talking on the intercom not paying attention. The other day they actually threw a drumstick at each other in front of the people waiting for their order!! It's a shame really, because the chicken products that come out of the kitchen actually tastes good. It's just always a hassle to get your food properly. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
