The service is so slow it might be the worst KFC branch I have visited. The staff is inadequate and not solution-oriented. Even though it says on Google that the business closes at 23:00, they do not allow customers inside at 22:00. The items I ordered were missing and they said they were out of stock. Normally, I would not make such a post, however this time it was necessary. The chicken thankfully tastes like KFC, however the toilets in the KFC are just gross. I was laughed at when I asked, when the toilets was last cleaned. They don't see me again. See dried up Cola spill on the stairs. Did I just pay €8,45 for that? WHERE IS MY CHICKEN? It's now for the second time in the row that I get a mini chicken for the price of a normal one. Bad service, way to salt peace, impossible to eat. Extremely long wait times of about 30 mins to 45 mins in the restaurant with an order from the app 20 minutes before arriving. The restaurant is dirty so I don't recommend dining in. The app to order a pick up doesn't work with the restaurant, I highly recommend that you don't order through the app for a pick up order as they've missed mine. If you are ordering from the app for a pick up, I highly recommend going to the counter and check if your order actually went through. I ordered the drumstick it looks like there's barely anything on there. Taste is not great either so I highly don't recommend going there. Extremely bad experience at this location!
