Again, and it is structural. Ordered in drive thru 2x boneless chicken bucket and again they forgot to add something. This time 4x popcorn chicken. Last two times the also forgot something (fries and again popcorn chicken and a side dish, coleslaw). This is 3 out of 3. Totally unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place. [Update Jan 21, 2024]. We ordered via Thuisbezorgd and I can tell you, 4 out of 4 that the order was NOT COMPLETE. Called them and they are not customer friendly. "we are doing our best". I have mentioned that that is not the case if every time orders are not complete. "Doing your best" is not enough - the work procedures and order checking should be changed. They just don't understand. With this kind of answer, they are not willing to change at all. Now I would not only recommend to not-recommend this place, but I also would recommend to avoid this place completely (I am only referring to KFC Helmond, not to other places). Late night dinner after a long drive back into The Netherlands. Ordered on their screens and friends got the food while I was in the bathroom. Bathroom reasonably acceptable the way a roadside gasstation restaurant is. The vibe is chill. I got the wrong sauce with my order but I don’t care anymore. It was good enough for me. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Clean and good store, fast service. Location is good, if your family don’t like the chicken just go next doors. Chicken is of good quality, not super super but it’s the same as all KFC’s. The service which is getting orders on drive thru is so passie agressive, especially when you're speaking english, thats just funny and rediculous, do better cause you're loosing clients because of them. I dislike fast food in general but KFC makes me sick 2/3 times I eat there. The service is fine. You can use the order booths to order like in most fast food places and the food is served very quickly like the name "fast food" suggests. The atmosphere is quite good for a fast-food restaurant. I love KFC, and this modern style restaurant is great. Ordering with the screens works flawlessly and the food tastes great and there is also drive trough.

The restaurant is freshly opened, so the preparation time for our order is long. I waited 24 min (a lot of people). the quality of the food is fine. the order numbers on the monitor are poorly visible. and no wipes in the take-out order
