Probably the most disappointing KFC branch I've been when it comes to food. I thought KFC still offers free gravy for a chicken order but not only it didn't come with one, you have to pay additional 25php per small cup for it. The chicken is not labeled if its spicy. So much for a fast food company that boasts their gravy. Also the fries didn't come with ketchup. Chicken was mediocre compared to the other major fast food resto.

I'm pleasantly surprised to see the premise is clean & welcoming.
I ordered Rice Bowl Sisig & had to wait for a while. Excited to try it when it arrives. But as I start digging into the food, I was so sorely disappointed. Has to spit the food twice. The supposedly mini nuggets of chicken is just a crunchy batter. I was not able to eat much, and the same goes with my sister as we ordered the same thing. Thankful at least for the boiled egg included in it as that's pretty much all we were able to eat 😖😓

Most of the tables are still full of dirty trays and dishes. I asked one of the store crew to please buss trays and dishes on our table that was left by previous customers but no one bothered so we end up doing it ourselves. Sunday. August 27th 11:00 am. 😏

This is one of the better KFC branches. The restaurant is very clean, which is rare for a KFC. The food was served hot and quickly. The crew are very courteous and attentive.
