The meal was not really satisfying. I got a bucket meal with 10 pcs. It came with 3 sides, and we choose coleslaw, gravy &mash, and sprite. The chicken lacked salt. The Gravy & mash was really good but also lacked salt. The coleslaw was disgusting and it was The worst I have tried.
Service was decent, there was a small wait, but that was because of previous customer using his voucher code.
We went around 4pm and it wasn’t that busy.
Toilets are available . There are no stairs, so I would assume this is wheelchair accessible.

The team working on thus late shift understood the assignment for what KFC is about.
Top notch KFC service. We bought a 1.5 litre bottle for two, offered cups instantly.
Seasoning on the fries were spot on, we love the seasoning at KFC on our occasional visit to KFC.
At the drive thru there was a young man who served us, he was the one that gave us 5 star KFC service. He deserves a promotion.
Thank you KFC late shift team for the meal, we are shift workers so it makes our night when we have a good meal heading into the night shift.

Wicked Wings
Waiting time half an hour. Was told 20 minutes in that they run out of zinger patties. Agreed to a normal chicken burger, which came without salad, which they were out of as well. No serviettes. The coke tasted not like coca cola. The place was pretty filty. We wiped the seat, the chairs and table ourself, it was full of food remnants, greasy.
Would not recommend this. Also, we were there at 7pm on a Friday night. It appeared there were hardly any staff. The staff I dealt with was very friendly but you can't help but feel sorry for the lack of training they get....

Was told a 15 minute wait for chicken 10 minutes after placing our order. 35 minutes later a customer comes in and purchases a bucket meal and walks out not even 5 minute after. We had been sitting there for 45 minutes to find out our order had been erased from the screen and we were totally forgotten about. When we asked how much longer was told... "oh its going to be about 15 minutes while we wait for more chicken"
Nope nope automatic refund and a waste of our time.

The worst food. I recently bought a colonel burger, the chicken filet was hard and only just bigger than a chicken nugget. It’s such a shame this fast food restaurant serves such terrible food now, it’s was the best fast food treat, and now they serve absolute rubbish. Reburger have a chicken burger just like KFC fillet burger was years ago. Hence won’t be back to KFC - waste of money

Christina the shift manager was very extremely unhelpful ,unfriendly and walked away from me as I was talking to her about the door being slammed everything time the staff walked through it, We spent $45 there and sad to say 😢 the customer respect isn't there and definitely not a professional attitude. Maybe a training course for staff on how to shut a door 🚪 might be helpful

The worst KFC service. We specifically asked for a piece of drumstick when ordering. It was forgoten and refused to swap. We got told that we can't select the piece of chicken??? We've been to many KFCs across the country, this is the first time we heard about it.

Pretty sure the staff were all training except for one wahine who was on point packing last night.
Slow service at the window.
