Tried to order a wicked box they asked me twice and I answered twice then went silent thought the order went through but at window they said “you didn’t respond”, the man served at window is actually really nice, he did the best and appropriate, but the girl behind in charge didn’t seem care she insisted she didn’t have my response and can’t do the order at window. My dash cam recorded how loud I responded. If I was the person in charge it won’t end up this way. It’s alright to miss out my response this might cause by the hardware or something else. But it’s wrong to show no care it’s very upset. Will file a complaint with my dash cam record.

The restaurant and the toilets are considered cleaner than typical KFC. Quick service. They give away free sauces that normally sold separately.

We don't always eat out because we have a large whānau and when we do, it's usually at KFC south City because it's affordable for our numbers and good service, but in this particular case, we received poor service. We asked for a 20 piece and a Family feast. They told us it's a catering order and needed at least 3 hours in advance to do it which of course we understood. However, initially they told us they could do the 20 piece order only. We were fine with that. THEN they told us it would be a half an hour wait, we thought it was for both packs but after further communication, they clarified it was just for the 20 piece pack and they only had enough for a 14 piece pack. It was 9:15pm, they don't close till 11! We ended up not ordering and drove 5 minutes to KFC on Dee street who were able to do our 20 piece (not have to wait) and we ordered extra as well!

Absolutely terrible experience, I got kfc last night at 9:38, their front should have been open until 10 but they were closed, so we went to the drive thru. The customer service was horrible, the man that served us was rude and messed up our order, we asked for a zinger box swapping the coleslaw for chips which they did not do, I asked for a snack box and got a regular popcorn chicken, when I asked them to fix this the man asked me for my popcorn chicken back and threw it on the ground huffing and puffing. I would definitely not recommend anyone go here.

The old ladies and the cashier is arrogant this day, I order a bucket 16pcs and ask them a favor if it's OK not to include ribs and breast , but instead of saying in a nice way they answered me in rude and arrogant way. I hope and pray they change thier way in treat dealing customer in good way someday.

Actually, it's the best customer service from any KFC I have ever been to. The food is KFC, stock standard.
But this one is really fast and they are always happy.

Wicked Wings
Prepare to get into drive through and then park up. Was trapped in drive-through line after 5 mins of pulling in. Line came to a stand still for 30 mins everyone turned engines off nothing we could do. After waiting pulled up to order box to be left in silence for another 5 minutes. No explanation or apology for the wait. Staff acted like nothing happened. A 45 minute trip from entering the complex.. would not reccomend chicken soaked in grease not worth the time or hassle
