KFC Fairy Springs has seen such a drastic decline in food quality and customer service. Drive thru is super slow and when you do decide to eat in, the employees who are serving customers (dining in) refuses to acknowledge your existence until after they’ve completed the order they’re currently processing. Food quality is average and workers seem inadequately trained, but this isn’t a representation of their work ethic but that of management. Needs serious work before I genuinely consider revisiting KFC Fairy Springs Service Dine in Price per person $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

By far the worse KFC in the country.. they take 1 order at a time and cause the queue to back up down the road.. the worse service and you get some light portions too.. very hit an miss with more misses on service... piss poor location and how it's run.

Arrived in drivethru at 10:15 the KFC was dead quiet and got told "ill be with you in a minute" fast foward 30mins later 15 mins before closing we try and say hello multiple times just for silence to answer. Waste of 45 mins and gas.

drive thru is always so slow, literally doesn’t move for a good 5mins EACH CAR!! they also don’t reply straight away on the machine. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–40

Awesome little kfc.... very friendly and happy people behind the counter, the place was very clean, especially the toliet ! Which is rare in a public bathroom these days. Placed a delivery order online. I ordered a Bacon Lovers Hash Double Down Ultimate Meal. When it arrived, it was literally 2 pieces of chicken with sauce splashed all over the wrapper. I called and complained, they said they would send out a new one with the correct order (I confirmed the order several times with the guy on the phone). Second attempt was delivered and it was 2 pieces of chicken with a load of raw bacon on it. Still not what I ordered and paid for!!! Tried calling again, they didn't answer. I am now on call attempt #29 and they are ignoring me. Photos are of the first and second attempt, clearly neither is what I ordered and both look like absolute garbage.

i don't know how this website has approved a wrong email address i entered in the very beginning, but they are asking to check confirmation emails for my online orders today. i can't retrieve the emails for the wrong email address i used so they just wouldn't give me the food I've paid for. i showed them the order history, as well as payment shown in bank transaction but they just won't accept it. Why are they so obsessed with the "procedure" they should follow but leaving me waiting for no solution during limited lunch hours? I thought customer service in NZ is more considerate but KFC has proved me wrong. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
