As experience It’s nice because you have different ways to try the lechon, but we were a bit disappointed with the amount (not much), they didn’t have 3 options of the menu available, the service was very slow and the atmosphere seemed like a place about to close.
We were expecting another vibe considering how famous this place is.
Crispy pork was the tastiest, and I advice to highlight on the menu the use of the coriander.

The spicy lechon is legit - Definitely one of the best I've had. The flavour and spice level of their chilli sauce was just right. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to eat in siargao. Baboy special lechon is amazing. Also kinilaw and Sticky ribs and pork sinigang My only suggestion is service could improve a bit. Wait can be long. Without that would be five stars.

Kanin Baboy Siargao is conveniently situated in the heart of General Luna's bustling restaurant and bar road. While the restaurant's ambiance can be a bit warm, it's a popular spot for Filipinos and locals alike. I ordered takeout, and although the menu leans heavily towards pork dishes, I found the food to be average. What stands out is the friendly and attentive staff, making the experience worthwhile.

This place is underrated?! It was very quiet everytime we pass by.. we are not sure why as the food was good! Maybe it’s the location of the place since it is near the end of GL street. We ordered their special & it didn’t disappoint.

If you're looking for lechon in the island, this is the place to be! We ordered the Kanin Baboy regular and was surprised at how filling it was. We also ordered Ginataang Kalabasa which was also good. Prices weren't too expensive but not cheap either.
Would come back if I was craving lechon 👍🏻

The go-to place in Siargao if you’re looking for delicious lechon and its variants and other pork dishes, plus a selection of other Filipino dishes. It has a relaxed vibe and visited not just by Filipinos but I saw some foreigners wanting to explore with their palate. Food is affordable and the crew were very pleasant.

Very simple chill vibes. AC upstairs which was great spot away from the heat. Food was yum. The fish kinilaw was nice. Monggot kalabasa was also flavoursome.

I ordered Kanin Baboy special and here is my score hehe:
Spicy Crispy Lechon - 5/5, Truly crispy and tender!!! 😋
Green Beans - 3/5 It’s string beans! At least it has vegetables 🙂
Pork BBQ - 2/5 cute and it has like this annoying taste idk what will I describe it 😏
KB spice paste - 1/5 just don’t dip it 🤭
2.5/5 ⭐️⭐️✨
When craving for pork, I could not think lf a better place than Kanin Baboy Siargao.
Kanin baboy special is a must! The glistening lechon belly, crispy and meaty, paired with the hot & spicy beans is a pleasure to the palate.
Normally Mang Tomas makes the food taste better but their Lechon Kawali does thd opposite. With or without it though, their Lechon Kawali is a close second to my favorite dishes here.
As for side dishes, I'd definitely go for their monggo beans & lechon sinigang. Makes me want to order more rice.
