Food tasted fresh and good. The ceviche was great and had little kiwi bits which made it even more delicious. Portion sizes were huge. We also tried the chicken burrito and shrimp salad- everything tasted wonderful. Service was slow- we did wait for over an hour for the food to arrive. The only reason I gave this spot 4 stars instead of 5. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $800–900

Atmosphere and service was great. The restaurant had almost every table full and the food still came out fast. The burgers look IMPRESSIVE and as much as I want to give them 5 stars, the meat tasted just ok. A lot of gristle in the burger and slightly overcooked. The ceviche looked amazing too but the taste was 4 stars as well. Overall we had a good experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We visited this restaurant twice. First time for just for drinks and shisha, everything was perfect. We saw served nice burgers so we agreed visit this place again in end of our vacation. It wasn't a bad idea, again drinks, shisha and we we're ready try starters and main dishes! I am burger lover and I am really picky in that. Matter of facts, La De Cabra burger was the best burger I ever had, perfect avocado covered by perfectly made medium rare beef, ended by spinach and sweet goat cheese with perfectly balanced sauce ! Servis was always perfect, friendly, toilets are clean and fresh what is for Mexico very rare, great music and high prices ? Cmon, definitely well deserved for that service on main street, give them huge tip ! They also provide OFF! for free to fight with mosquitoes. Thanks Kanaya restaurant for great finished vacation. Only one little minus, noisy main street but sometimes it's funny see the traffic. We had so much fun here and the manager, Paco, was amazing - super friendly and out of his way helpful… even brought me a little coat rack so my purse didn’t have to be on the floor. Everything we ordered was delicious as well!

The best burger ever! Everything is just perfect. The staff is very nice and thoughtful, shisha is for reasonable price and very good. We were here twice and I have nothing to complain about. Thank Kanaya for great experience in Tulum. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was ok. On Google it is stated that they close at 11.30 pm but at 11 pm the waiter came to our table to give us the bill.. Shisha/Hookah was 500 MXN$, they said it comes with 2 charcoals but they meant that it comes at once instead of changing the charcoal. Elote was a bit burned. Cocktail didnt contain that much alcohol. Tip was compulsory even though the service was not super great Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1,000+

Burgers were really good although came a bit cold, signature cocktails were overpriced even for Tulum standards. I think a little improvements and price adjustments would make this a great go-to place.

Good burgers, but the price is just wrong! Way too expensive for a burger ... And the music doesn't need to be so loud, it was hard to talk inside the place. Please update the location as well! It is incorrect on Google maps. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Very pleased with the quality of this burger! I didn’t come to Tulum expecting to eat the same ole’ American food I can get back home…but a last minute decision to get something near my hotel turned out to be a great choice! The Goat Cheese Burger was a quality cut of beef and prepared well along with the other ingredients. When your visiting and not enjoying more traditional meals this is worth the stop. Over price and under deliver. Eggs Benedict came cold, all of it, bread/ham/eggs. Was told it was because they use cold sauce? But somehow all of it was cold. Sent them back for the same breakfast to come shrivelled up from the microwave(for the price you don’t except this level of laziness). However, this time the plate was hot with the breakfast still cold and now looks like a science experience. Long story short I didn’t eat it, and still hungry. They were nice enough not to put it on my bill
