Meram Kafem Restaurant The restaurant is run by the Konya Municipality The setting is beautiful but the food was unacceptable We ordered "spagetti napolitan" & sigara böreği" The "spagett" was cold and not cooked properly tossed in a not so warm tomato sauce The sigaras were freshly fried so that was okay My local friend was unhappy but said that it is not common to complain I complained to the waiter (head) and received the most delicious complimentary dessert😉
