Super local, super friendly and really tasty food experience. Call ahead and make reservation. It's a two table restaurant and don't expect any fancy decor or cosy light settings. It's kind of rough and 100% for real which is all part of the charm. A little bit difficult to find but don't give up. It's an experience and a bargain.
