Loved my experience here and highly recommend to any vegans traveling to St. Martin. Every person on the staff was extremely nice as soon as we entered accommodating to our every need. Super cool touch that you get to see the chef right through the kitchen. We told them about our vegan restriction and they made sure to fry our items in a separate oil pan. We got the tofu kofta, masala fries, truffle naan, and oreo puri vegan dessert (not on the menu, ask for it though!!) Only feedback i have is there was a little too much cardamom flavor in the kofta, and i think every dish needed a bit more spice- but other than that, absolutely amazing. We were so lucky to find this place and Jai in St. Martin and returned every night for the dessert. Highly recommend this place!

This was my first time experiencing Indian and Caribbean cuisine food! And I have to say it was amazing!! My husband ordered the duck and it was so tender and so flavorful! I ordered the chicken tikka masala with rice and Nan bread and it was delicious!! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some phenomenal food! We also ordered the sizzler which was a dessert dish and the brownie was outstanding!!

Clean, welcoming,
Perfect plating, everything cooked very well.
I’m just not a cilantro person.
And I think if there is cilantro on the food it has to write on the menu.
I definitely recommend. And I will come again

Our Last night in Sint Maarten 🇸🇽 Feb 3, 2024, we decided to try Jai‘s fusion restaurant, n what a lovely experience … he knows how to blend Indian spices with well known foods to create a delightful fusion to excite the tastebuds
I ordered 1 tiny, 1” Tandoori chicken slider, and twas soOoo filling.
We also ordered poached mahi mahi, barata with pita, makhani Mac n cheese, and truffle naan which we ate with the fish. Everything was sOoo tasty
We ended our meal with Jai’s kulfi tiramisu which was soOo creamy, decadent and I just wished I had ordered my own instead of sharing
If u r looking for a new Indian fusion experience, head over 2 Jai’s 🥰

Pleasant surprise compared to the majority of restaurants/bars in the area. The emphasis is clearly on good, innovative food, so we were happy to find this place. They had great vegetarian and even vegan options which seems extremely rare to find around here. The open kitchen was fun to watch and the service was great.

Olive Appetizer
I had an absolutely incredible experience at dinner tonight at Jai's. I dined alone and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The chicken tandoori slider as an appetizer was juicy and delicious. The free table app was also wonderful. The Indian lemonade was the perfect level of sweet and tangy. Finally, the Pan Seared Duck Breast with a side of Garlic Naan was phenomenal. It made me want to shake the entire kitchen staff's hands. I hope to return here to try more before the week is over!

This was truly a fun meal with great fusion and thought in the menu and an impeccable service staff. It’s clear that chef Jai has a vision on his perfect restaurant and he executes it to a t.
Our table had the tandoori chicken sliders which had a perfect hit of Indian flavor but didn’t scream “Indian food”, it was more so thoughtful and perfectly balanced, but let you know of the chefs background. We also had the sweet & salty naan which was tasty and fun to eat, almost like a pizza! We also had the toasted burrata, which leant a nice creamy addition to our starters for the evening, with roasted garlic to bring sweetness and naan to scoop up all the creamy stracciatella and cream with.
For mains we had the Beet salad which was like a work of art, it had height, it had acid, it had fried capers, it was delicious! We also had the tikka masala gnocchi, beautiful tender potato dumplings swimming in a lightly spiced, creamy tikka masala sauce. Our third main dish was the duck breast, which was expertly cooked to a beautiful medium, something many claim to be able to do but rarely can.
