The place is great. The city view is beautiful. We visited twice. The only comment is their lack of staff. Only two waiters, actually. It took them a couple of minutes before they entertained us. And we had to follow-up our orders for several times. But still, it's a must-try place. Their food is pretty good. Still recommended.
Not recommended! Waited for at least 2 hrs for the food. Had to follow up countless of times just to find out they lost our order. The food was very salty. Bad service. Very disappointing. We had to call them out for the bad food and service many times but still did not improved 😩😓
Went there for sunset hour on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. I thought the bad reviews were trolls, but yes, they did take time serving the food. When I followed up, it was because the chef wasn't in yet. It would have been better if the server informed us beforehand. Good thing I wasn't "hangry" yet. The pizza was huge but the topping was better at low cost pizza stalls. The dough was great though.
We ordered a bucket expecting 6 bottles, but we're told it was only 5. Same price as ordering individually. It was really cold though, which was good.
Worst place ever! Will definitely not recommend this place to my friends and relatives. The customer service is way too horrible. We followed up for our orders countless of times and had to wait two hours for our food to arrive which by the way were very salty and oily! Waiters were constantly ignoring our table, not even bothering to spare us a glance. What a waste of money!
