Food was just okay. I ordered Biryani, which unfortunately was nothing like Biryani and Skewer Kebabs, which tasted just like frozen kebabs that are available in the frozen section of Indian Mart. I visited this restaurant while travelling to Dunedin as a stopover. I had lunch at this place and I ordered dal makhani, roti and Mango lassi. I didn’t like the food at all, I felt weird taste in Dal Makhani and no seasoning at all. I waited for the person so that I can tell him the situation , but he never came back at the table and he was so lethargic that he forget my drink and that time it was only 2 tables. ( table of 3 and mine). At the time of billing, I mentioned that, I didn’t get my drink and he responded with a big smile ohh sorry, and said take it now.. I think there is no concept of service recovery or you take single diners just for granted. I don’t think I would be recommending this restaurant to someone. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Food was great. The Waiter was helpful and pleasant, returning during the meal to check if we needed anything else. We ordered Tikka Masala and Lamb Korma both mild, they were both delicious and we shared the bowl of rice which was plentiful for the two of us. It was served quite quickly although the restaurant was quiet that evening. The naan was delicious, the cultural music pleasant, the cultural art works pleasing and interesting. Tables well spaced out. Areas to improve: waiters trousers slightly unkempt, outside signage could be more obvious to passing drivers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Takeaway tirned into lunchtime done in special. $15 curry & naan upgraded to garlic (heaps of) and onion bahji along with Kingfisher beer. So very delicious, just right spoce in chicken tikka masala. Definitely will be back for more Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
